This Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy is part of our Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) and should therefore be read alongside our main Terms: [Terms and Conditions](#). Please carefully review our policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
Returns
Our return policy is valid for 7 days from the date of delivery. Within 7 days, you can initiate a return request by contacting us at support@jewellerybyradhika.com
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please ensure you return any freebies received with the order.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, follow these steps:
- Contact us at support@jewellerybyradhika.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide your order number and reason for return.
- We will arrange for the return pick-up from the originally delivered address only.
Exchanges
If your order is defective, damaged, or does not suit you, we provide the option to exchange your product for the same or any other item from our store. Our exchange policy is also valid for 7 days from the date of delivery.
How to Initiate an Exchange
To initiate an exchange, follow these steps:
- Contact us at support@jewellerybyradhika.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide your order number and reason for exchange.
- We will arrange for the return pick-up from the originally delivered address only.
Return Shipping
We will arrange for the return pick-up from the originally delivered address only. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed once your return is received and inspected in our warehouse in a maximum of 7 days from the date on which Jewellery by Radhika receives the returned goods. We will notify you via email or WhatsApp once we have received your returned item.
Refund Process
If everything is in order, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be refunded to your original method of payment for prepaid orders. For cash on delivery orders, we will ask you to provide your bank account details to credit the refund amount.
Refund Timeline
- For prepaid orders through UPI, Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking, the amount will be refunded back to the account from which it was paid within 3-5 working days.
- Cash-on-Delivery charges and Shipping Charges (if applicable) are not refundable.
Note on Defective/Wrong Orders
For any defective, damaged, incomplete, or wrong orders delivered, please inform us within 48 hours of receiving the order with an unboxing video of the product received.
- Contact us at support@jewellerybyradhika.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share images and an unboxing video clearly highlighting the defective or wrong product.
- Provide a video showing the original labels and tags intact.
In case you face any technical difficulties in following this process, kindly get in touch with us at support@jewellerybyradhika.com or WhatsApp us at 91-8780293654.. We will investigate the case and reply within 48-72 hours with the best available resolution.
Any complaint raised after 48 hours of receiving the order may not be considered.
Missing Items in Return Orders
If you claim to have returned multiple products but the actual pick-up doesn’t include all said items, we reserve the right to deduct an amount up to the full MRP of the missing product from the refund amount. This includes promotional products like free gifts.
Availability for Reverse Pick-Up
Once you have booked the return request, please be available for the reverse pick-up and respond to calls from the delivery partner. If you are unavailable or unable to answer the calls, the delivery partner may cancel the reverse pick-up at their discretion. In such cases, the process will need to be re-initiated, extending the overall timeline.
Non-Serviceable Pin Codes
While most pin codes are serviceable, some may not be. In such cases, we may request you to return the product via an alternate courier service, such as India Post, and reimburse reasonable shipping costs (up to INR 70). Any charges exceeding INR 70 will be adjusted against the customer’s refund.
Items Not Eligible for Return/Exchange
- Single jewellery items in a combo/gift box cannot be replaced or returned.
- Products purchased during special promotional offers, contests, clearance, or any special schemes cannot be returned or replaced.
