Order Cancellation
How to Cancel an Order
You can cancel your order before it has been processed for shipping. To cancel your order:

- Provide your order number and the reason for cancellation.
Conditions for Cancellation
- If your order has not been processed for shipping, it can be cancelled without any penalty.
- Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you can still return the product in accordance with our [Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy]
Refunds for Cancelled Orders
Prepaid Orders
- If the order is cancelled before it has been processed for shipping, the amount will be refunded to your original method of payment.
- Refunds will be processed within 3-5 working days from the date of cancellation.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
- If a COD order is cancelled before it has been processed for shipping, there will be no charge.
- If the order has been shipped, please refuse delivery. Once we receive the returned shipment, we will process the refund of any advance payment received.
Exceptions
Promotional and Special Scheme Orders
- Orders placed during special promotions, sales, or events (such as Diwali, Christmas, etc.) are not eligible for cancellation.
Non-Serviceable Pin Codes
Orders placed to non-serviceable pin codes cannot be cancelled once they are shipped. If you need to cancel such an order, please ensure to do so before the order is processed for shipping.
Changes to Your Order
If you wish to make changes to your order (such as changing the delivery address or adding/removing items), please contact us immediately at support@jewellerybyradhika.in or WhatsApp us at 91-8780293654.. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once the order has been processed for shipping.
